The rent includes all utilities, council tax, and access to a range of amenities. These amenities include a 24-hour concierge service, a fully-equipped gym, a lounge and library area, co-working spaces, a meeting room, a social room for events, secure cycle storage, additional storage for suitcases and boxes, a laundry room, and roof terraces. Also, enjoy complimentary coffee, bi-weekly cleaning, and linen change services.
Our lease agreement is flexible, designed to accommodate the varying needs of our residents. The deposit is just one month’s rent. We provide clear terms regarding notice periods and early termination to ensure transparency and fairness.
